What: Courtyard's first annual BBQ and Wine Event
When: Labor Day Weekend (Saturday and Sunday, noon-'til ? )
Where: Courtyard Wine and Cheese, 66 Main Street, Rosemary Beach [MAP]
Why: If you have tried pairing wines with smoked meats, you know what a great match it can be. The ribs, sausage, and beef will be smoked a minimum of six hours by an award-winning BBQ master on a trailer sized smoker. We will then pair wines to match the meats that will be available as a sampler platter with several wines. Live music will be going on both nights from 7-10 pm, and College Football will be on the TV.
