with Phillip McDonald, Chef and Owner
www.TableFiveChef.com
Phillip McDonald and his beautiful wife, Madra (M-Public Relations), are serious kindred foodie spirits. It's an absolute JOY to connect with them and passionately discuss our shared culinary pursuits, from technique to travel, on our parallel journies through foodie enlightenment.
A dream for most, Phillip has channelled his passion, talent and enthusiam into a successful business he started with Madra in 2006 - Table Five Chef, a Personal Chef Service. Phillip takes "inspiration from the five senses" to create authentic dining experiences for clients in their homes. As he says, he "brings the restaurant to you." And does he ever - take a peek at some of his sample menus.
I caught up with Phillip for this week's SouthWaltonScene.com Q&A. Enjoy!
