I have publicly proclaimed my love affair with JamBone's pulled pork and, served on the weekends at the Bone Brunch, the pulled pork Bennies. The meat is steroid and hormone-free, the menu has something for everyone (as I like to say, "If you walk out of JamBone hungry, it's your own damn fault!"), and the ambiance of JamBone is relaxed and feel-good. They even offer free WiFi - I can drink beer, eat BBQ and surf?!? Ummmm...does it get much better than that?!
The BBQ Master behind it all is Scott Alderson. I only really know Scott virtually - through email communication and my FAV social networking platform, Facebook. But what I do know, Scott is incredibly passionate about food and making sure every customer that comes in is satisfied when they walk out - and will go above and beyond to make sure that happens. He is an innovative restauranteur, and just an all-around-great-guy who truly cares about his staff and considers them extended family. The reason JamBone is so fabulous is a testament to the man behind the madness - Scott. That speaks volumes.
I caught up with Scott for this weeks Q & A. Enjoy!
